Common questions

The questions procurement asks first

What types of organisations do you work with?+

A broad range — foundations and non-profits, professional networks and associations, enterprise communities, training providers and accelerators, and wellness or lifestyle memberships. If you run a community and need it under your own brand, with the security and support to match, we can almost certainly help. Not sure where you fit? Pick 'Other' on the form and tell us what you're running.

Can it integrate with our existing systems?+

Yes. SSO support, CRM integration with over 100 systems including Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoho, and direct integrations or workflows through APIs, webhooks and Zapier.

Are you certified, and can we see the evidence?+

Disciple is GDPR compliant and ISO 27001 certified. Documentation, data processing agreements and sub-processor lists are available on request, and the trust centre is open at trust.disciple.community.

Where is our data hosted, and who owns it?+

You pick EU or US hosting when you onboard, and your data stays on servers in that region. Members, posts and analytics export in full whenever you ask, with no lock-in or exit fee.

Who supports us once we're live?+

A customer success manager takes you through onboarding and app launch, then stays on for ongoing community advice.

How long does it take to launch?+

Anywhere from three weeks to three months, depending on the procurement process involved and how quickly your team is able to move. Migration off an existing platform is included, and day-to-day management needs no engineering resource.

What does it cost, and are there nonprofit rates?+

Pricing scales with community size and requirements, and nonprofit rates are available. Share your requirements and we'll scope it properly rather than quote a number that doesn't apply to you.
